  • Malcolm S. Baldrige Award application for UPMC Presbyterian Shadyside—Partnered with a consultant to interview 20+ executives and other representatives and write this highly complex 60-page document within a six-week time frame (typical minimum time frame is six months).
  • Case studies for Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business Institute for Entrepreneurial Excellence—Interviewed leaders of companies such as TRACO, Berner International and PorTec Rail and wrote concise case studies for use in fundraising publication.  
  • Website for Same Page IT Consulting (samepageitconsulting.com)—Transformed copy from technical jargon into text that reflects owner’s high energy and warmth.
  • Magnet Recognition application for UPMC St. Margaret Hospital—Edited 400-page application collected from disparate sources to correct grammar and make language conform to a consistent organizational tone throughout.
  • Proposals submitted by Booz Allen Hamilton for government RFPs—Partnered with Ohio-based Dragonfly Editorial to edit large proposals to ensure adherence to strict style guidelines.
  • Report detailing community impact of major highway project—Proofread 265-page study for Olszak Management Consulting to correct all inconsistencies in names, titles, word choices and abbreviations throughout the body text and 100+ charts and tables.
